Today, we mourn the loss of an elder stateman and a political leader, a dedicated and visionary father who passed on today, 7th July, 2024. Prince Abdumalik Afegbua served as National Leader and member BOT of our party, the All Progressive Congress, leaving an indelible mark on our country’s history.

 

Throughout his lifetime, he championed the cause of bettering humanity by improving the lives of countless citizens. His leadership was characterized by genuine commitment to service and inspiring a generation of politicians and citizens alike.

 

Prince Abdumalik Afegbua influence on our political landscape will be deeply felt for years to come, especially now that we need more of his fatherly role in the political landscape of Edo State. His commitment to the development of our community, state will continue to inspire us.

 

I extend my heartfelt condolences to the Afegbua family, Okpella community, the All Progressives Congress’ family, and Edo state in general for the irreplaceable loss.

 

May his legacy continue to guide us towards a brighter future.
