Hon. Anamero Dekeri salutes children on the 2024 Children’s Day celebration. The member representing Etsako Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Hon. Anamero Dekeri, has congratulated children on this special day, noting that they are the future and leaders of tomorrow. He emphasized that their upbringing should be the priority and major responsibility of their parents.

In his words, “Children are the leaders of and the future we are yearning for. Therefore, parents should ensure that children are well-trained in the way they should go, and when they grow old, they will not depart from it. The upbringing of the children should be the priority of the parents by inculcating moral values, necessary cultural orientation, and societal norms.”

Hon. Anamero Dekeri urged parents to nurture their children with moral values and cultural norms, teaching them the fear of God and the dignity of labor. He reassured children of his unwavering commitment to promoting legislation that would improve their lives and future. Highlighting the efforts of his foundation, Anamero Idofe Anamero Foundation, he mentioned the distribution of writing materials, construction of schools, and provision of scholarships to students over the years.
